OWA shows the default initials thumbnail, as does Delve, SharePoint, Teams, Admin Center, Get-UserPhoto, etc. However, even though the picture is now removed, it keeps showing up in the Outlook client. Run the powershell command Remove-UserPhoto Have the user go to, click to Change photo, then click the X to delete it (just above the browse button).Ģ. The two ways to remove the picture that I know of are:ġ. For whatever reasons, we now need to remove the picture. The problem: A user has their picture added to Office 365, either via Delve, their profile, or an admin from the Admin Center. Sharing a solution here because I could not find the answer explicitly anywhere else.
